Girlfriends

Me and Miss Ricky and sometime GTO, doll up at Marlon Brando's pad (he was a friend of Miss Andee's who took this glorious shot). Unfortunately he wasn't home.

Very early GTOs shots (before Mercy and Cynderella joined) taken by a fellow named Michael Craven who is lost in history. Christine and I are wearing 30s nighties, which was a common GTO practice.

By the great Baron Wolman, who took lots of GTOs photos. He shot us for the Rolling Stone centerfold February '69. Here Miss Lucy had already taken a powder. I sure loved my feather boas.

Miss Pamela singing to the Nick St Nicholas snowman at our really big show at the Shrine Auditorium December '68. We opened for Alice Cooper and the Mothers. What a night. Look at my amazing 20s beaded necklaces! And I was wearing a rhinestone tiara, as I often did.

Here are the GTOs after Sparkie and Lucy quit because we were getting 'too commercial!' har de har har! Miss Christine was so stylish and ahead of everybody else. And Mercy the gypsy madwoman... She wears even more belts now. I'm wearing a long silk 20s gown and no shoes. I loved that fiddle, wanted so bad to play in the Burrito Brothers.
